Accepting Anthem, Healthcare United, Aetna, West Virginia Medicare and Medicaid starting April, 2024! If your insurance does not cover weight loss or hormone replacement, payment with credit or debit is welcome.

PRICING

  1. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care in a timely, cost-effective, and convenient manner. We believe in transparency and focus on providing our patients with easy pricing and no surprise bills. ​

  2. Medication Bridging/refills: $75

  3. Lab Orders: $25

  4. Weight Loss Counseling and Treatment:                                               -$200 first visit (60 minutes)                  -follow-ups: $75 for a 25-minute visit for weigh-in and adjust plan of care.

  5. HRT (Male, female)                                    -$150 initial consult (45 minutes),          -follow-ups: $75/visit 

  6. Female Sexual Dysfunction/Hypoactive Female Dysfunction Syndrome 

  7. New patients who require scheduled medications require a face-to-face visit by law; these can be in your home or office. Subsequent visits may be conducted via telehealth.

BENEFITS

  • CARE WHEN YOU NEED IT: Same day or next day service if requested, evenings and weekends! 

  • ACCESS: to your provider by cell phone, text, email, tele-health, and house calls. 

  • Your plan of care regarding treatment is discussed at length, and you not only contribute to the plan, but you are also key to helping build it to be a successful one for your future!

  • Payment plans available for weight loss services and medications. 50% deposit required at the time of service. 

  • Payments for services due the day of treatment.

Our initial consultations are a 45-minute to 1-hour discussion/evaluation of your health, goals, nutrition, and diet recommendations. We will review medicinal/non-medicinal therapy options, required lab tests, and the plan of care. Follow-ups will be weekly/biweekly/monthly to discuss the ongoing plan of care and to refill medications.
